INGREDIENTS:
Dandelion Roots, Cinnamon, Tulsi leaves, Fennel seeds, Ginger, Rose petals, lemongrass, Hibiscus, Coriander, Black Pepper, and Peppermint Leaves.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2.5 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 100°c
Steep Time: 3-5 Times
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Tangy, spicy, and sweet with notes of a Woody aftertaste.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon juice
We recommend drinking this tea piping hot and one can have around 3-4 cups of this wellness tea daily before and during the menstruation time period.
