INGREDIENTS:
Lightly oxidized Green Oolong, Ginseng roots powder.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 200 ml
Tea Qty: 2-3 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 95°c – 100°c
Steep Time: 4-5 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
TASTE NOTES:
Sweet flavor with a stimulating taste of ginseng, refreshing mouthfeel, and lasting after taste.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping times longer than the first cup.
Suggested Condiments :
We recommend you to drink this tea plain hot without adding milk /honey/sugar or lemon.
This tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves. But a major variation here is that the first cup is steeped for a longer duration because the leaf takes a little more time to unfold itself. For the respective 2 nd & 3 rd cups, the steeping time can be kept somewhere between 2-3 min as the leaves have already been unfurled. Over steeping may lead to a bitter cup.
Best Paired with: Seafood, Peanuts, Deep-fried snacks, rich gravy stuff, cakes.
