The upper delicate newly sprouted shoots (mainly a bud and two leaves) of the green tea plant are plucked and artistically hand rolled into tight “Pearls“. These pearls are then  scented multiple times with fresh Fujian Jasmine Blossoms until the desired aroma of jasmine is absorbed by the pearls. When hot water is poured on the pearls they awesomely unfurl into delicate shoots and ambience around is filled with delicate aroma of Jasmine.
