INGREDIENTS:
Green tea leaves, Apple bits, Cinnamon, and Peppermint leaves.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c – 90°c
Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Sweet, Floral, Fruity, Spicy flavor complimented with Minty after taste.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add Honey/Sugar
3) Add Lemon
4) Dark Rum.
This tea can be consumed both hot and as an Iced tea. It tastes great when blended or mixed with real Apple Juice. Also one can make a mocktail drink by just adding soda water, Lime juice, Rum, and sugar/honey to the tea. You can experiment with a lot of variations keeping this tea as the base.
