INGREDIENTS:
High-quality Assam CTC tea leaves, Ginger, mace, Tulsi, Black Pepper, Star anise and Cinnamon.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 200ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 100°c
Steep Time: 4-5 Minutes
Strain and serve
The Indian style of preparing this tea is to boil 200 ml of water in a pan, add one teaspoonful of Amritsari Chaska Chai and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then add milk and sugar as per taste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy your delightful cup of AmritsariChaska chai.
TASTE NOTES:
A strong full bodied cup with a robust and malty flavor and lingering spicy mouthfeel.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add Milk
3) Add lemon
4) Add honey/ sugar/jaggery for sweetening.
Best Paired with: Pavs, Baked Stuff, Heavy Fried Snacks, Biscuits, and Parathas.
