INGREDIENTS:
Turmeric rhizomes, Ginger rhizomes, lemongrass, Tulsi, Rose Petals, Ashwagandha , Cloves , long Pepper, Fennel Seeds and Peppermint leaves.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2.5 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 100°c
Steep Time: 3-5 Times
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Calming, Soothing, Earthy notes with a spicy hint.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
We recommend drinking this tea piping hot and one can have around 2-3 cups of this wellness tea per day. Also, this tea can be had just before or after meals, avoid drinking the tea empty stomach.
Best Paired with: Grilled stuff, Sandwiches, light breakfast, and biscuits.
