INGREDIENTS:
Natural green tea leaves
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
We recommend keeping the steeping time to 2 minutes as steeping for a longer time may introduce bitterness.
This tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Floral, grassy and vegetal with some notes of astringency.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
4) Add freshly crushed mint leaves.
We recommend drinking this tea plain and hot.
Best Paired with: Baked stuff, breakfast, sandwiches, light dinner, scrumbled eggs, patisserie items.
