This fresh tea is procured and curated from the finest gardens of Assam and packed and sealed immediately to preserve its goodness, aroma, and quality. The delicate tea leaves are plucked at the crack of the dawn and steamed immediately to arrest fermentation, which leads to retaining the green color of the tea leaves and the health benefits associated with it . Green tea is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, and flavonoids. This refreshing aromatic tea has a calming effect on the mind and body and is likely to tantalize the taste buds. INGREDIENTS:
Natural green tea leaves
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
We recommend keeping the steeping time to 2 minutes as steeping for a longer time may introduce bitterness.
This tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Floral, grassy and vegetal with some notes of astringency.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
4) Add freshly crushed mint leaves.
We recommend drinking this tea plain and hot.
Best Paired with: Baked stuff, breakfast, sandwiches, light dinner, scrumbled eggs, patisserie items.
