The delicate tea leaves are plucked at the crack of the dawn and steamed immediately to arrest fermentation, which leads to retaining the green color of the tea leaves and the health benefits associated with it . STEEPING NOTES:

Water Qty: 180 ml

Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp

Temp to Boil: 80°c

Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes

Strain and Serve.

We recommend keeping the steeping time to 2 minutes as steeping for a longer time may introduce bitterness.
This tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.

TASTE NOTES:

Floral, grassy and vegetal with some notes of astringency.

3) Add lemon
4) Add freshly crushed mint leaves.
