INGREDIENTS:
Organic Sencha green tea leaves, Peppermint leaves, Strawberry chunks, Cornflower Petals and Roasted Brown Rice.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 190ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 3-4 Minutes
Strain and serve.
We recommend keeping the steeping time to 3 minutes as steeping for a longer time may introduce bitterness.
This tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Fruity, sweet, nutty flavor with a lingering taste of mint and green tea.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
4) Add freshly crushed mint leaves.
Although this tea can be consumed plain hot… during summers this can be diversified to make a tasty mocktail of Iced Tea to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated throughout the day. Just Brew 2 tsp (4gms) of tea in 180 ml boiled water and prepare the tea. Now pour the tea into the tumbler and add some ice cubes, freshly crushed mint leaves, some honey, and lemon juice, and ….Voila !! Your delicious and healthy Iced Tea mocktail is ready…Cheers !!
Best Paired with: Baked stuff, spaghetti, noodles, scrambled eggs, rice cakes, steamed vegetables.
