INGREDIENTS:
Mango bits, Peppermint leaves, Green Tea leaves, and Orange peel.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 3-4 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Juicy, sweet, fruity note of mango rounded with a vegetal and sweet taste of Organic green tea.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
4) Add freshly crushed mint leaves.
5) White Rum
Although this tea can be consumed plain hot… during summers this can be diversified to make a tasty mocktail of Iced Tea to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated throughout the day. Just Brew 2 tsp (4gms) of tea in 180 ml boiled water and prepare the tea. Now pour the tea into the tumbler and add some ice cubes, freshly crushed mint leaves, some honey, and lemon juice, and ….Voila!! Your delicious and healthy Iced Tea mocktail is ready…Cheers!! You can also add soda water and rum to this decoction.
Best Paired with: Sandwiches, light breakfast, desserts, paninis, cookies, Cakes and muffins, fruit salads, puffs, and sweet dishes.
