INGREDIENTS:
Green tea leaves, Lemon peel, Lemongrass, and Peppermint leaves.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c – 90°c
Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes
This tea can be re-steeped up to 2 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Limy, Citrusy ,Sour taste of Lemon peels accentuated with grassy, sweet & vegetal taste of green tea to give a tingling taste to the buds.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/ sugar
3) Add freshly crushed Mint/ Tulsi leaves
Although this tea can be consumed plain hot… we suggest a variation in drinking this tea as Iced Tea. Just brew 2 tsp (4 Gram) tea in 180 ml boiled water and prepare the tea. Then pour the tea into the tumbler & add honey /sugar as per your taste and freshly crushed mint leaves along with some lemon juice to give that extra punch of citrus. Now add some ice cubes to the decoction & VOILA! Your delicious iced tea is ready … Cheers !!
