INGREDIENTS:
Green tea leaves, Peppermint leaves,Spearmint leaves, Field mint leaves, Rose
petals.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 3-4 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Sweet, floral, astringent notes of green tea, accentuated with soothing & the calming taste of mint leaves, refreshing & long-lasting cool aftertaste.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink Plain
2) Add Honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
4) Natural fruit juices.
This tea can be enjoyed both hot and as Iced tea. It tastes great as an iced tea when blended or mixed with natural fruit juice of strawberry/ mango/ Orange/ Apple or any fruits of your choice. Also one can make a cocktail drink “Mojito” by just adding lime juice, soda water, honey/sugar & rum to the tea.
Best Paired with: Rice cakes, sandwiches, grilled stuff, steamed vegetables, baked biscuits.
