This tea is native to Fujian province in China and one of our finest collection. The upper delicate newly sprouted shoots (mainly a bud and two leaves) of the green tea plant are plucked and artistically hand rolled into tight “Pearls“. These pearls are then scented multiple times with fresh Fujian Jasmine Blossoms until the desired aroma of jasmine is absorbed by the pearls. When hot water is poured on the pearls they awesomely unfurl into delicate shoots and ambience around is filled with delicate aroma of Jasmine. A captivating sight and delight to eyes ,nose and taste palette. Sipping on this Majestic tea will surely transport you to the world of ultimate bliss and serenity. This tea is low in caffeine and highly rich in antioxidants and polyphenols . This cup of aromatic ,sensational and refreshing tea can be enjoyed anytime of the day. INGREDIENTS:
Green tea infused with aroma of fresh jasmine flowers
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 200 ml
Tea Qty: 2-3 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 95°c – 100°c
Steep Time: 4-5 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
TASTE NOTES:
Fresh sweet full bodied tea with lingering taste and Aroma of delicate Jasmine flowers.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping times longer than the first cup.
SUGGESTED CONDIMENTS :
We recommend you to drink this tea plain hot without adding milk /honey/sugar or lemon.
This tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves. But a major variation here is that the first cup is steeped for a longer duration because the leaf takes a little more time to unfold itself. For the respective 2 nd & 3 rd cups, the steeping time can be kept somewhere between 2-3 min as the leaves have already been unfurled. Over steeping may lead to a bitter cup.
