INGREDIENTS:
Black Tea Leaves, Lemon Peels, Ginger Rhizomes , Cardamom, Cloves and Peppermint Leaves.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 200ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 100°c
Steep Time: 3-4 Minutes
Strain and serve.
TASTE NOTES:
Robust, Malty, strong full-bodied cup heady with spicy over notes.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add sugar
3) Add honey
4) Add jaggery
5) Add lemon
6) Add freshly crushed mint leaves
We suggest not adding milk to this tea decoction as it will result in the curdling of milk because of the presence of lemon in the ingredients.
