INGREDIENTS:
High-quality Assam black tea leaves, cardamom, Ginger, and fennel seeds
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 200ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 100°c
Steep Time: 4-5 Minutes
Strain and serve.
The Indian style of preparing this Golden Blend is to boil 200 ml of water in a pan, add one teaspoonful of Bombay Cutting Chai, and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then add milk and sugar as per taste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy…!!

Strong full-bodied Cup with robust and malty flavour and lingering spicy mouthfeel.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add Milk
3) Add lemon
4) Add honey/ sugar/jaggery for sweetening.
Wanna have a real Mumbaiya flavor then we suggest adding milk and sugar only to the tea decoction. Avoid using lemon and milk together.
Best Paired with: Rolls, scorns, pavs, baked savories, spicy and deep-fried snacks, sandwiches, snacks.
