The upper young shoots primarily two leaves and bud of the “ Camellia Sinensis” plant are used to make green tea. Unlike black tea, green tea is unoxidized which means that the leaves after being plucked undergo a steaming and heating process to lock the oxidation further, and hence the leaf retains its green color and
freshness without damaging its goodness properties. After this, the leaves are rolled and dried to give them a curly and twisty appearance. We further add on herbs, spices, and botanicals at our end to bring some interesting and flavourful blends which can add a zing to your daily tea drinking regime.
