INGREDIENTS:
Black CTC leaves, Ginger, Cardamom, Tulsi, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Cloves, Star Anise, Cinnamon and Mace
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 200ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 100°c
Steep Time: 4-5 Minutes
Strain and serve.
The Indian style of preparing this tea is to boil 200 ml of water in a pan, add one teaspoonful of Kadak Masala Chai and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then add milk and sugar as per taste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy…!!

Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add Milk
3) Add lemon
4) Add honey/ sugar/jaggery for sweetening.
We would suggest adding milk and sugar to this tea to get that perfect cup. One can also add lemon juice along with sugar or Honey to the tea decoction. Please be careful that if you are adding lemon to the tea then do not use milk in the same decoction as this will result in curdling of milk which is not desirable.
Best Paired with: Baked savories, spicy snacks, sandwiches, deep fried snacks like samosas kachoris, and pakodas.
