One of our exotic collection…”Silver Needles” tea is totally handcrafted and made in small batches. It is made up of unopened silvery buds that are plucked early in the morning before sunrise. It has a hairy white appearance, when touched feels like velvet. This tea requires minimal processing, as compared to other varieties of tea, which helps in retaining its natural anti- oxidant properties to the maximum. This tea is very low in caffeine. This cuppa of warm, aromatic and refreshing tea can be enjoyed at anytime of the day..!!
INGREDIENTS:
Tender Tea buds.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180-190 ml
Tea Qty: 2-3 Grams or 2 tsp
Temp to Boil: 75°c – 80°c
Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
TASTE NOTES:
Delicate Mellow, Sweet and Vegetal Taste
This tea can be resteeped up to 3 times . Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping times longer than the first cup.
Suggested Condiments :
1.) Drink plain hot
2.) Honey / sugar
3.) Lemon or holy basil infused
We recommend to sip this tea piping hot!!!
Best Paired with: Breakfast , sandwiches, baked savouries, scrumbled eggs, spaghetti, Nuts, steamed vegetables.
