INGREDIENTS:
Oolong tea leaves, Peppermint leaves, Spearmint leaves, No additives.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180-190 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1-2 tsp
Temp to Boil: 90°c – 95°c
Steep Time: 2-4 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
TASTE NOTES:
Nutty, floral & spicy hints of Oolong accentuated with a soothing and calming taste of Mint leaves, refreshing long-lasting sweet aftertaste.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping times longer than the first cup.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon.
Although this tea can be consumed plain hot… we suggest a variation in drinking this tea as Iced Tea. Just brew 2 tsp (4 Grams) of tea in 180 ml boiled water and prepare the tea. Then pour the tea into the tumbler & add honey /sugar as per your taste along with the same lemon juice. Now add some ice cubes to the decoction & VOILA! Your delicious iced tea is ready … Cheers !!
Best Paired with: Grilled sandwiches, Noodles, Spaghetti, eggs, white chocolate, and baked stuff.
