INGREDIENTS:
Green tea leaves, Strawberry bits, Peppermint leaves, Rose petals.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 2-3 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 2 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Fruity, mellow, calming & refreshing notes with a dash of minty after taste.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add sugar/ honey
3) Add Lemon
4) Crushed Mint leaves
5) White Rum
6) Soda water
This tea can be consumed both Hot and as an Iced Tea. During summers this tea can be diversified to make a beautiful & tasty cocktail of Iced tea. Just brew 2 tsp ( 4 Gms) tea in 180 ml boiled water & prepare the tea. Then pour the tea into the tumbler & add some ice cubes, freshly crushed mint leaves, some honey, Lemon juice & thin lemon slices & Voila! your delicious & healthy cocktail is ready… Cheers !! You may add Soda water or Rum to add that extra zing.
Best Paired with: Pancake, Patisserie items, Sandwiches, Light snacks, Sugar-free sweet & cakes.
