INGREDIENTS:
Black tea leaves, Apple bits, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Cloves and Safflower petals.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 180ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 90°c
Steep Time: 3-5 Minutes
Strain and Serve.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Tarty sweet brisk notes with a spicy mouthfeel.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
This can be enjoyed both hot and as an Iced Tea. As this tea acts as a great base for preparing different mocktails, we suggest you experiment on your own by adding either rum or vodka or soda water, lemon juice, crushed ice cubes, or a dash of Cola to the tea decoction along with freshly crushed mint leaves.
Best Paired with: Apple pies, pancakes, toasts, sandwiches, desserts, fruit salads, and cookies.
