Shipping and Delivery Policy
Once you have ordered the products from our website you will receive an email from us confirming your placement of order . Once the card security checks are complete, payment credited in our account and stock availability is confirmed then the order will be processed for dispatch from our end and we will send an email to you with the shipping details which will help you track your order on our carrier partner’s website.
We ship from Monday to Friday . We do not ship on weekends and on public holidays in India. All orders place before 3:00 p.m. IST will be shipped the same day. Orders received beyond 3:00 p.m. IST will subsequently be processed the next business day.
Orders requiring customization by the clients can take up to 3 – 7 business days for processing which will be intimated to the client via an email. Our domestic delivery can take up to 3 to 7 days depending on the availability of serviceable pin codes in India.
We offer free delivery on orders above Rs.999 in India. Orders within India are delivered within 3 – 7 working days . There are no deliveries on Sunday.
The prices on our website include GST but shipping costs which will be added during checkout and a proper invoice will be generated for the same.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our international customers can expect low shipment rates to all countries across the world delivered via FedEx, DHL, UPS, India Post and others. Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of cart value and are displayed during checkout. We try to minimize the cost as much as possible without compromising on quality or speed. Our international deliveries are generally done within 10 to 20 days, which again depends on the availability of serviceable pin codes.
IMPORT DUTIES
Additionally, please note that import duties may be charged from time to time by the importing country’s customs based on the country’s policies regarding tea import. Whether or not this will be charged for any given order is not predictable because this is regulated by the specific country’s government, which is beyond our control. In case any duty is levied at time of import, the same will need to be borne by the purchaser. We will not be liable for reimbursement of any kind in such circumstances.
