Oolong teas are the true teas made from the young upper two leaves and a bud of the “ Camellia Sinensis” plant. The leaves are semi- oxidised varying from 8% to 80% depending on the processing, resulting in a taste between green tea and black tea. The leaves are twisty and curly with white, green and brown appearance, except for Ginseng oolong which is imported from China.
