Black teas are also made from the same “ Camellia Sinensis” plant. Black tea undergoes complex processing of plucking, withering, rolling, oxidization and drying. The leaves are fully oxidized with contact with air and fermented, this gives the leaves their dark appearance, a full-bodied cup, and a flavor profile with many layers. We generally procure our black teas from tea plantations in Assam and Darjeeling and further artistically blend and infuse them with herbs, spices
and botanicals to enhance their health quotient.
