This handcrafted luxury tea is a refreshing and healthy blend of exotic pineapple fruits meticulously mixed with green tea to give a wholesome tea experience and quench your thirst. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals and low in caffeine this tea is a healthy alternative to other sugary and fatty beverages such as soft drinks and sweetened fruit drinks available on the market. Also, we use naturally dry fruits and no sugar is added (fruit bits are clearly visible in the blend). This tea is quite favorite among the children because of its citrusy and sweet flavor. A sensation of pineapple blast is what you experience while drinking this tea. If you are a pineapple lover then it’s sure that you will definitely come back driving for more of this tea. We recommend storing this tea in an airtight jar once opened, to preserve its freshness and crispiness.
INGREDIENTS:
Green tea leaves, Pineapple bits, Orange peels, Peppermint leaves, Safflower petals and Cornflower Petals.
STEEPING NOTES:
Water Qty: 170 ml
Tea Qty: 2 Grams or 1 tsp
Temp to Boil: 80°c
Steep Time: 3-4 Minutes
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Just add hot water to the infused leaves and keep the steeping time longer than the first cup.
TASTE NOTES:
Strong full-bodied and flavoury green tea with a citrusy twist of pineapple and orange peel and minty aftertaste.
Suggested Condiments :
1) Drink plain
2) Add honey/sugar
3) Add lemon
4) Add freshly crushed mint leaves
Although this tea can be consumed plain hot… during summers this can be diversified to make a tasty mocktail of Iced Tea to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated throughout the day. Just Brew 2 tsp (4gms) of tea in 180 ml boiled water and prepare the tea. Now pour the tea into the tumbler and add some ice cubes, freshly crushed mint leaves, some honey, and lemon juice, and ….Voila!! Your delicious and healthy Iced Tea mocktail is ready…Cheers!! You can also add soda water and rum to this decoction.
Best Paired with: Sandwiches, light breakfast, desserts, paninis, cookies, Cakes, and muffins.
