Return, Refund and Replace Policy
We take every step and measure to satisfy our customers and ensure that our products don’t disappoint you and that you have a great experience shopping and sipping with us afterall we are also building a brand and its our customers only that can help us grow in our journey. Its our 100% endeavour to take care that we ship the freshest of teas and other products so that the customers are satisfied and happy… if customers are happy we are happy and their words of appreciation really matters which add spark and zeal to our efforts to serve them in a much better way. Also at the same time we are open for all suggestions and ideas to improve ourselves.
Since tea is a consumable/perishable item we do not generally accept returns .
But if it’s a genuine mistake from our side then we will make a 100% refund & replacements for no extra charges from our customers , within 7-10 working days, directly to the customer’s bank. To be eligible for a return/refund, the product has to be in its original condition i.e., unopened, unused with the original packaging. We won’t be entertaining tampered items. We would also need a receipt or invoice or other proof of purchase. We would also require the pictures of the damaged product intended to be replaced. We would notify you about the approval or rejection of your claim, for refund only after inspecting physically the goods returned; through an email.
The product should be shipped by the customer at their expense. We do not provide any sort of pickup service for the returned products. The theteaaddress.com will not refund the cost of shipping incurred by the customer during placing of the order as well as shipping cost incurred at the time of return of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only regular priced products may be returned/ refunded. We do not entertain return/refund of products on offer.
Cancellation:
- We have the right to cancel any order and refund your payment anytime before dispatch due to the non-availability of the product or otherwise.
- We will be unable to accept any cancellations post-dispatch from our end.
- The cancellation will only be considered if we receive a request on e-mail from you within 24 hours of placing the order. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
